公司于2002年成立，由中科院院士任法人代表,集光学、计算机和机电一体化博士、教授共同组建的有限责任公司；以开发和生产光机电一体化仪器设备为主要方向，具独立法人资格。 公司用自主研制的用于LED等发光器件的高速检测和分检设备已经形成系列产品。 其中SSP3112型LED光谱波长测试系统和SSP3316型LED光强角分布测试系统通过CMC认证,被中国计量科学研究院采用和推荐。
